Terrys Apartments

Terry's Studios are in a lovely, peaceful setting, well away from the road. They're situated up the hill from the main strip, just before St Gerasimo's cave.

I have just got back from terry's apartments travelled june 08. I would not stay at these apartments again and for only one reason the location which was up a steep hill in the heat of the day it was like climbing mount everest, once the evening came and it was not too hot it was not to bad.

Stayed at Terry's September 07.  Apartments are fine (room 11 great with a balcony and a stunning view, see photo at sunset).  Clean, comfy and affordable, would definately recommend and will stay again should we go back to Kef.  No pool, but the owners of the Olive Bar just up the hill are super friendly and were fine with us using theirs.  Can't speak highly enough given what we paid. 

I stayed at Terry's in June 07.  I'd never heard of Kefalonia and just got a random last minute booking.  Was unsure what to expect.  A good deal really and the rooms are as good as anywhere else on offer, but much cheaper.  The hill is no problem unless you are very unfit and the beaches are 10 min away - not far but a bit of a zig zag and you can't rush in the heat.  The main strip is quite small so its only a quick 5-10min walk to get to at night, but it's very pleasant and reasonable also.  The island is well worth exporing and a trip to Argostoli is worth it for a night out.  Not a young lads island but it's a great place overall.  I'd go back in the future and if the price was right, I'd definetly stay at Terry's again

i will travelling to terrys apartments in june could you tell what the food is like and high is the hill to get to the apartment it looks very nice from the pictures i have seen i hav read the other comments oh how far is the beach in mintues rather the 870m?

I am the first choice representative at Terry's studios and have been there since mid April. I would just like to confirm that there is no problem with room 4 in these studios, except it is the only room in the property that hasnt got a sea view. Should you choose Terrys, and dont pay for a sea view, then you will have this room. If anything, I would say room 4 is more private with its own terrace and remains cool throughout the day which is ideal with the heat out here. Hope this helps when deciding ........

would someone be able to tell me where abouts these apartments are? are they on the main lassi stretch or off the main lassi stretch if someone would be able to tell me i would apriaciate it very much many thanks natalie

excellent...ok up a bit of a hill...but you have to get some exercise when you're on holiday...would certainly recommend it..and hope to return...lassi is perfect..beautiful beaches...good food..and the friendliest people you could hope to meet..have travelled to many of th greek islands (and love them all)...but give terrys and lassi 5 stars !!!!

we have just returned from terrys. ok it was up abit of a hill, but nothing major..the studio had the most fantastic view...it was basic but clean..maid service and linen change 3 times in the week..will certainly be returning...loved lassi...loved terrys

Although no.4 doesn't have a balcony does it at least have somewhere to sit outside? Do the apartments have electric kettle or do we need to take a travel one?

How steep is the hill up to apartment from beach and how far is it. have apartments got a good view and how well equiped are they?

The appartment was basic but suited our needs. It is on top of a steep hill, but clean and comfortable for the price we payed. Bring your extra utilities eg tin oppener (we did have a wine opener, basic knives forks, sauspans etc. Very hot though. No fan, so have a cold shower in the night, or bring a fan with you if you can. sizable fridge / freezer and very clean.

The appartment is situated up a 250m or so hill from the main road, so make sure you're fit!!! We found it rather basic with only a single ring & a half to cook on. We chose the appartment expecting great sea views but picked the short straw of room 4 which had no balcony. Be warned only 2 of the rooms have good views! On the plus side it was very quiet.
