We were recomended this restaurant if we were to go to Argostoli. We went at lunch time and had some salads and plenty of cold draught beer, I was astounded at how cheap this place was, the service was good and the people that own it are some of the nicest Greek's that I've ever met.
A very traditional taverna.
I would just like to say that I now live in Kefalonia, and the Elios has become my "local".The owners Lambrini & Makis, cannot do enough for any of their customers be they Greek or English. The food they cook is always fresh and very, very Greek!! They will be waiting to welcome friends old and new in 2003-come along & enjoy Greek hospitality at its best.Cheap & very cheerful! But don't expect a 4# restaurant-this is a typical Greek ouzeri, where the locals come in for their morning ouzo, mezes & to put the world to rights.Hope to see you all there! Julia & Kleanthis.
A quiet Taverna, but still pleasant, far less touristy, i only saw Greeks eat here. The food was average, but still tasty and came with a small side salad.
