The San Giorgio Hotel is a brilliant place to stay. I went with my family and our friends. i think they might have been glad to get rid of us after our attempts to make a four high people tower in the pool. Food was great, service was great, everyone was friendly and they were ready to help with any problems you had or anything you could want.
This was a really good trip - you have to go at midday because thats when the sun really shines down and it looks nicest
Definitely worth a visit - such a shame that some of the stalagtites have been damaged due to vanadlism - after a morning in the blazing sun its nice to go underground - its so cool there
We did scuba diving in agia efimia - we were given a lesson on underwater communication - given all the stuff and then taken down under water. They cut up a sea urchin and handed it to everyone for the fish to come and then they took loads of cool photos which they then put on cd for us.
This was brilliant - we got really hot on the way down to the beach on that treacherous road and then the sea was icy. Very good for snorkelling
This was the beach we spent most of our time on - brilliant for water sports - we did water skiing, parasailing, hired a pedalo with a slide, went on banana boats, ringoes and these weird ufos. The people there are really helpful and ready to try and capsize the banana boat for you
The cocktails they do in milos are amazing - the pita bread salad is out of this world and the shrimp saganaki is apparantly wonderful. I WILL NEVER EVER FORGET THE ONION RINGS THEY HAVE IN MILOS
