First Choice

Good flight out although seats very cramped and ignorant people who put seats back even when they know everyone has the same amount of room.... always one.

Transfers fine although I would suggest they give information on what can and cannot be taken in suitcases when you arrive rather than on the coach returning to the airport and people having to unpack things at the airport and put into hand luggage.

Service of the resort reps very poor, we lodged a complaint with the main office regarding the standard of our apartment, this was dealt with in a very unprofessional manner and not even followed up at any stage during the holiday to see if we where happy, thank goodness for the apartment manager who more than made up for First Choice's downfall but due to this we will not be travelling with First Choice again we will continue to use companies such as Portland Direct and Manos.

Flights on time, no problems, Jean our rep in Skala was very good, all transfers fine, Not first class travel, but its what you expect. Transfer to and from resort in air-conditioned coach, not too packed or slow, the drivers should be paid more to drive out there, not easy roads!! We didn't book any trips through first choice, but found some locally, although those who did found them to be very good, if not a bit expensive, which is what you would expect!

First Choice were neither here nor there really. Much the same as other tour operators - I don't really think there's much to choose between any of them. We re-named our Rep 'Dolly Daydream' as she just floated around and didn't seem to know much about anything. Didn't have a lot of faith in her, but then we didn't really need her for anything thank goodness!

Just arrived back from Lourdas, we had a great time with First Choice and Jeff in the resort. The transfer lady was excellent on way there and back. Coach was airconditioned and on time. Flights were very good. I would use first choice again

After we encountered some problems we went to the local First Chocie ofice in Lassi. The rep we spoke to was appaling. So uninterested, unhelpful, didnt seem to have the energy to speak. Our local rep was fine but overall, I wouldnt use them again.

First choice were appaulling. A catalogue of errors and mismanagement. Not enough space to go into they were that bad. Do not use them.

Have just got back from Kef after doing a late deal, I cannot thank First coice enough everything was fab!!

Its our second visit to the island our first was with thompson and it was horrible. this year we wwent with first choice the flight was great the reps where fantastic especially debbie and helen, overall the company made our holiday. cant wait to go back in may .

First Choice reps were absolutely rubbish. At the welcome meeting they just tried to flog their day trips etc and gave no useful information about the island (we actually got that from a booklet from a restaurant two days before the end of the holiday). We had a eight hour flight delay back to England. The reps knew this the night before and did not inform us until we were sat on the coach ready to go the airport. If they had told us, we would not have spent the rest of our money (like a lot of people) and stocked up on newspapers, food etc to avoid the overinflated prices at the airport compared to the rest of the island.

Flights on time, Hotel good (as described in Brochure.) Rep Judy was excellent. Only gripe was sharing the flight with a company which does sailing holidays. Most of them were an arrogant bunch.
