Me and my partner have just returned from Kefalonia, We ate at Butlers House twice the food is great but the service is very disorganised. On the first visit the waiter couldnt write what we were asking for, our starter dishes werent cleared away till the waiter carrying our main dishes noticed. We were then offered bread after our dessert. On the second visit, our drinks didnt arrive till after our starters were finished. On both occasion waiters seemed lost with no direction or roles. Overall very good food but service needs addressing quickly.

We ate here 3 times during our stay it was great everytime!! Stifado, and meat balls really amazing. Very good value for money!

Visited twice during stay. First time amazing! second time really awful. ordered mixed starters for 2 at 14 euros. when it came there was 5 different fried cheeses, one chicken nugget and chips. hardly very varied. The sauce to both our mains was very dissapointed and the amount of pork in my dish didnt warrant the name. let down.

We decided on Sirtaki because the place was always full. Meal was great, wine was great. As for the service more staff are needed, all staff are literally running breeding a sense on panic thoughout resturant.

Dont expect the relax greek atmosphere here

Had read loads of stuff on here. we went on greek night. food was great, entertainment was great to start with but I was pressured alot to get up and dance.

Fantastic views, fantastic fun in the waves. Got to be done.

The owner of the cafe - bar was awful. We had planned on going back to the bay but no way.

Dont be fooled there are 2. We had 2 very different experiences.

The resturant on the front harbour was the one we visited first. It was very busy, the waiter asked for our order which we werent ready to give he replied "when we are busy I go quick if not you wait a long time" we had been at our table under 5 mintues. My partner ordered a starter which came very quick but our main then took 1 and 1/2 hours later. We were very close to leaving. We didnt bother with dessert as it was very late. We asked for the bill which took another 30 minutes. Really awful

The table on the square was completely different. service, food, price, atmosphere totally spot on.

ee we had a fab time here!!! loved the cocktails! especailly sophie cocktails!, music and the people were lovely recommend it to anyone! loved the themed nights! Quiz is very hard though ha ha! Probably spent 8/14 nights there!

These people made my holiday very memorable!
