We used Venus again this year. Due to weather not being too good we called Kostas and asked if we could extend the car hire, this was not a problem.

Cannot praise Venus car hire enough!! We have used them 3 times and received excellent service. Kostas was very supportive when I was taken into hospital & allowed my husband to keep our car for a few days at no extra cost so that he could visit me from our apartment.

We hired a car 4 days for the price of 3 for 110 euros.Michael who delt with us waa great and marked on the map all the best places to visit.Would recommed it.No fuss eay and good value.

Booked our Jimny over the internet with Kostas - very good price, excellent service. Had to be the cleanest hire car ever. Alex - an English fella does most of the cleaning work and does a really good job. Faultless service - see you again soon!

Venus is the best place to hire from - Costas reflects the warmth and spirit of
the islanders, even in mid august and the peak of the season. Don't hire
through the tour company as you end up having to go to/get back from Skala.
Venus is convenient, friendly and we found best priced as well. Make him
your first stop and I promise you won't be disappointed.

Costas kept his word re the Jimny booked by e-mail,but it had been in an accident so he upgraded me to a Vitara & reduced the price to 95 euros.
I went to sort it all out at 6 o'clock the night before my hire period & he let me take it there & then without extra cost.
TOP MAN.

Costas has charged me 100 euros for a Suzuki Jimny for two days.
Costas is a very nice man,and is much cheaper than the others.
He has let me reserve the car by e-mail and is even delivering it to our appartments.Other cars are much cheaper,but nowhere near as much fun.

Are you still able to hire scooters in Greece with a full driving licence but not a bike licence, or has this changed as I am led to believe?

We visit Katelios twice a year and always hire a car from Venus - really good value and very friendly service.The cars are of a high standard and always very clean.He now has some with air conditioning [remember to turns it off when going up hill or you will have loss of power!!] Highly recommended.
