We have just come back from a very peaceful and hot week.we stayed at the Blue sea studios.Clean and basic but with a fabulous pool.We found the best food was at Jerry@s across the road from the studios.He was a great guy very chatty and full of info on the island.He lived locally and served the best greek food we have ever had.

We stayed at these appartments for a week.Rooms basic but they all are on the island.Pool must have been refurbed because looking at previous comments it doesnt seem the same one.This was one of the best pools ever.Agree that if you book an appartment with a pool you shouldnt have to share it with people who dont stay there.We had the same problem.People who were staying at Blue Sea were great but some who just used the pool were noisy and spoiled the quiet atmosphere.Also Stavros and family who owned the place didnt seem to appreciate that sometimes we didnt need him shouting into his moble phone every second on the day and he should keep his nosiy family at home!

Wow- something must have changed from the comments below.We have just come back from a week ,end of June beginning of July.Stayed at the Blue Sea appartments across the road.We called this place Jerry's.He is the owner and Canadian.His family come and help to serve and he lives locally on the Island.Jerry would often come and chat at our table and tell us the best things to do and visit.The staff were all pleaseant and again if you engaged them in converstation they were great.Place always busy with the same people night after night,so it cant be that bad!.we ate at two places on the sea front and found them expensive and processed food.Did anyone think that the reason that you have to wait a while for your food at Jerrys is because it is always cooked fresh? The food was fantastic.Tried most of the menu between the two of us.All was fantastic.cant recommend it enough.We finished off the night at Nemeis bar and had some great cocktails watching the wide screen TV and the football.Only thing we could complain about was Engalnd losing!

We hired a car 4 days for the price of 3 for 110 euros.Michael who delt with us waa great and marked on the map all the best places to visit.Would recommed it.No fuss eay and good value.
