Have just returned from Lassi. Last time I was there was in 2005 and much has changed since then. Fortunately not this restuarant. The food was very good with ample sized portions.Pedro and his team provided a warm welcome and excellent service. Fish is a specialality here and the Red Snapper Fillet (9 Euro's) comes highly recommended. Try also the greek cuisine like Stifado, souvlaki etc. This establishment is by far the best in Lassi. We ate here on our last 4 night's and on each occassion were offered a complimentary drink at the end of the evening which was greatly appreciated.
These apartments are situated next to the Princess Hotel and directly opposite the main beach in Lassi and are family run. Very clean and surprisingly spacious but basic as expected.Maid service 6 days a week. The pool/bar area is excellent (pool cleaned every night). Supermarkets nearby and a nice easy 10 mins stroll into the main resort centre. All in all these apartments are an ideal base and in our opinion are good value for money.
This used to be The Olive Press. Unfortunately, this new establishment was the worst meal and evening we encountered on our holiday. The service was very, very slow and the restuarant only had half a dozen customers that evening. The food was poor which is a shame given the surroundings. There are better eating houses elsewhere in Lassi, and considering the price we paid for what we had, we would not recommend this restuarant. Very disappointing.
This bar is a nice place to relax before dinner. Run by Father and Daughter for many years, this was the cheapest (Draught Mythos Large £2.40 Euro's, Cocktails £4.50 Euro) in Lassi. Large TV screen for those who want to watch sport etc.
Peter and Tracey Holliman. We don't come to Greece for a chinese but we are glad we paid this long standing restuarant a visit. Situated on the lower Fanari Road the food was terrific and matched the great views across to Lixouri from the outside balcony. Service was good and Friendly. They have designed set menu's, but you can make your own up to suit your individual palate. The flavour on some of the dishes was sublime! You get loads and virtually everybody who ate the evening we were there took a 'doggy bag ' away.
Ate at Butlers House once during our two weeks in Lassi. Were drawn in by the lovely look of the place and the substantial menu. The atmosphere was good, although it was very busy and waiters were rushing around. The food was fine, although the portions were small. This establishment came recommended but is no more than average in our opinion. Didn't like the Large TV screens situated in the restuarant given that the proprietor's own the bar next door! Restuarants are for dining and not watching sport etc.
Just returned from 2 weeks in Kefalonia. We ate at this delightful taverna twice and found the food of good quality and the staff very friendly. The sweets were very impressive and large. The restaurant had an authentic ambience about it which made for a relaxing evening. Would definitely eat there again should we revisit the island.
This restuarant seems to get bad reviews which on our experience is totally unjustified. The food is good and reasonably priced compared to other places in Lassi. The staff are very pleasant and are in no hurry to usher you out once you have finished dining. The menu is varied offering daily specials. The pizza's are large and come highly recommended. The greek salad here is one of the best in the resort. All in all, we would say you get value for money dining here.
This restuarant has changed hands. Nikos, the previous owner now runs the Aqua Marine bar/restuarant just up the hill from the Meditaranne Hotel.
