The food was really nice and the views fantastic but we completely agreed with the last post that the woman's public relations left a lot to be desired. We were lucky enough to arrive early and get a table straight away when we went but witnessed the woman being rather rude to a couple who were prepared to wait for a table but wanted to sit and wait for one in a less windy position. We were left feeling quite scared of her!!!

We went here the first night of our holiday and had a great meal, my boyfriend had the Kefalonian meat pie and I had Stifado, both were good. The atmosphere was relaxed and we didn't feel any pressure to leave once we had finished eating like we found in other places. Overall a good start to the holiday.

Very quiet place but the service was good and the prices reasonable, the terrace was nice to sit out on. The decor was lovely too.

Ideal location to base our holiday from, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed, fantastic view of mount enos from our balcony. Managed to cook a couple of meals on the two electric rings aswell. Couldn't really have asked for anything different from an apartment!

Assos was our favourite place on the island so pretty and not crowded at all, although I imagine it would have been different had we arrived at the same time as a coach trip!!

Went to the beach late afternoon, amazing scenery with the sun being really low in the sky, felt really chilled.

We went here about half an hour before it closed (closes at 7pm) wished we'd gone a bit earlier as it's a great place to explore! Views from up there are fab and the journey to the top gives spectacular views as well.

Really liked Sami, felt like proper Greece rather than a tourist attraction like Fiscardo. We went mid afternoon when everything was closed but enjoyed the wander round anyway.

Lourdas was a good base for our holiday but we only really spent 2 days there having hired a car for 4. Car hire was very useful. The tavernas in Lourdas were good, enough variety and quality to see you through a couple of weeks and the shops were fine too. Ideal if you want a quiet resort within easy access of all other places of interest (by car that is!!).
