This was our first visit to kefalonia, and we was overwhelmed by the hospitality of Kostas and Alex, we stayed at the eleni 3 apartments, which was only about 5 minutes walk to the pool and bar area. Kostas made us some great food, we ate there most nights, as we found his food alot better than most of the nearby restaurants. We would not hesitate to go back again, we met some great people and seen some wonderful sights, thanks again to Kostas and Alex.

I had prebooked a fiat punto from sunbird before i left england, when i arrived they had'nt got any available, so we had a suzuki swift instead, after a few days we went back to see tasos - the guy who ran the office in lourdas, and told him we were'nt happy with it as it was really not a good car to have on those mountain bends, and within the hour he got us a brand new kia picanto for the rest of our stay, which was great, thanks tasos.

We ate here 3 times during our stay, the food was excellent, and the waiters are very friendly. The menu can get a bit limited though especially if you eat there regularly. The view is spectacular as you can see across the sea to Zante. You must try the Lamb La Mer it is excellent.

we have just come back from staying at the eleni studios, on our first visit to kefalonia. I must say that alex and kostas are the perfect hosts, they do everything to ensure that you have a nice holiday with them, we was staying at the eleni 2 studios which is about 5 minutes walk from the bar and pool area. We ate kostas' delicious food nearly everynight for 2 weeks, he must be one of the best chefs on the island. thanks for a wonderful holiday and hope to be back next year.

we only visited this beach on our first day, it is a nice beach with clear water, only thing is that the sand is tiny pebbles. We was going to get the bus back up the hill but we were one hour early so decided to walk, and what a walk it was, it is not a hill for the unfit, well not in a temperature of 34 degrees anyway.

we visited fiskardo in one day, drove from lourdas, stopping off at assos on the way, the views over the mountain roads are spectacular, lots of chances to stop for photos, especially the view of myrtos beach. Fiskardo itself is very nice and very upmarket, lots of shops to browse in, and they have a lovely ice-cream parlour, with every flavour of ice-cream you can think of. It has a beautiful harbour and lots of waterfront cafes, although we did'nt eat at any of these, the food looked very good.

can u help, i have just received the kosmar brochure for next summer and the eleni studios are not in there, kostas said that he would be going with kosmar again next year.....

i would like to get a message to hazel evans in regards to the eleni studios not being on the website for 2005, i thought the same thing but after doing a bit of research, the eleni is there to book, but you have to do it under the search option, by putting in your dates and no accomodation the eleni will come up.
