The San Georgio is new and clean. If you get a high room then get oxygen or a hire car. We settled for the hire car - plenty of parking space near your rooms. Fantastic views from the room over Skala and mainland Greece. Be warned if you use taxis to get into town they can take over an hour to turn up at busy times - a hire car is a must.

Loads of room for everyone. The beach beyond the rocks is best for snorkelling - fantastic array of fish that will come and feed from your hand. Take some shade with you and something to tie it down with. It's always a sign of a good beach when there are naturists around - that's if you like quiet unspoilt areas - which this beach has a plenty.

Excellent for beautifully presented clean restaurants. They close the centre off at night to cars making it far nicer to walk around. Not spoilt yet by the 'rowdy crowd'. Hopefully there won't be too much development of the area - it will lose its charm if they do.
