This is a great restaurant with not only great food but also with staff that will make your evening very enjoyable. This restaurant is out of site from the main road so if you go down to the bottom of the main street and turn right at La Luna and walk for about 2 minutes past the chemist you will come to it and it will be well worth it. We have just arrived back and ate there a few times you are never rushed and because its away from the main street its even more relaxed.
Just got back and ate in Pines vertually every night with the exception of Aquarious on a couple of occassions. food was excellent and the staff were brilliant. Yani the owner always greats you with a smile and keep you water glass topped up as he does in the mornings with your coffee cup. They are always very busy for obviouse reasons, the menu is very varied and even a fussy eater like me has no problem eating there. I have to say the Lamb a la Pines is a definate must.
Just got back from staying at the Michalis Studios. We stayed there five years ago and its still a good. It could not be better placed in a quiet side street a stones throw from the beach and main street where the taverners are. We had room 5 at the rear which was very quiet it had two power sockets in the room the only slight thing is that coming in from a night out the room was very warm we even tried leaving a fan on which is an absolute must, but it did not make any difference apart from that it was perfect. Kept well clean throughout the week and we are definately looking to book there next year. The rep did not tell us about a fan but we know a guy called George in the high street would gave one to us to hire but probably worth asking the rep where to get one.
