Brilliant!! Chose these apartments as a surprise 60th birthday surprise for my wife. I went looking for a nice but 'cheapie' holiday and thiese apartments excelled all expectations. The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Apartments had everything you could need and were very clean (bedding changed twice a week -  and towels daily if you wanted). Location was perfect with the beach only 200 yards from the back gate - just about 20 steps down to it from the slight slope approach - ideal. Supermarkets next door and enough restaurants within walking distance to choose a different one each night for a month or more. Cheapest tour operator/car hire is Etam Travel - only a few hundred yards towards Agostoli. Would we choose these apartments again? Most certainly!! My wife is still 'swooning' from the two day notice surprise.

Absolutely brilliant!! We went with Etam Travel and, at only 19 Euros it was only just over half the cost of going with out tour operator. Esme, British through and through, was such a fantastic knowledgeable and funny host you would think she was your big sister. What she doesn't know about the island is not worth knowing. Her narration is so interesting and perfectly timed to coincide with your exact loocation. The tour covers the Robola winery (with a few tipples thrown in), the monastry where the patron saint is within feet of you, Dragorati Caves (not bad), Mellisini Lake (stunning view 40 feet down), Fiskardo (pretty though a little pricey). Plenty of photo stops. Excellent value for money with a careful driver, luxury coach and a terrific host.

A brilliant atmosphere, especially on party nights when it is advisable to book a table to avoid disappointment. The food is good value for money and the entertainers get everyone able to walk involved, with a little persuation. This includes the walking dance that takes you through the supermarket next door (usually three times per dance), a table dance for the young and energetic and the two tables carried between between the entertainers teeth while dancing. Well worth it and ideally located in the centre of Lassi.
