We have just returned from a week in Kefalonia and ate at La Mer 3 times !!
The pasta dishes (Carbonara & Tortellini) were lovely and washed down with the locally produced wine - you cant go wrong.
The service was good and the waiters polite and friendly. All in all I would definately say to give it a go !

I have to say we were honestly disappointed with our meal here especially after the glowing reviews.
We stat at a table near the back and I had to raise my hand for service everytime and they were very slow at taking our order when we first arrived.
The food was ok although we were put off by the bank of microwaves visible from the kitchen !!
We didnt eat here again and I cant say I was that fussed :(

We ate here and the food was just ok , nothing that special and nothing that made me want to go back there again. My boyfriend ate steak and I chose chicken. The waiter was friendly though and took his time to talk to us and made us feel welcome.
