Lovely apartments with lovely views. Spent a lovely week there last July and we're off there again next week! Agia Efimia is a lovely small harbour village. No beach as such but we hired a car so we could drive to nice beaches, or even better, we hired a little boat for a couple of days so we could get to little coves no car could reach!
Lovely apartments, just outside the village about 5 mins walk (it is on a slight hill but nothing to really worry about), slightly longer walk to the far end of the village. Great views over the valley, we had sheep in the field just below us - complete with bells (which can either be very annoying or a nice background noise!). Nice to find accomodation with a kettle, although was slight confused about the trouser press!
We spent a week at the Panorama Apartments in September 2003. The apartments are first class and the views breath taking. We found the walk to the pebbled beach to be 25 minutes which we did not enjoy, The walk to the tavernas and supermarket about 5/10 minutes with an elevated walk back. Not too bad. Agia Eifmia is a lovely resort, disappointed with the very small pebbled coves, but if you are not a sunbather a superb resort to spend the evenings. All the resturants are excellent with very good service.
Great views over the valley and less than five minutes walk to the beach. Maybe not so good for the elderly as the walk back is uphill
Wonderful - very spacious and clean, even the studios, with very large balcony overlooking mountains and side view to sea. Average kitchen. Loads of communalk items to borrw - beach brollies & mats, a library of books, snorkels, bikes to hire.
