9/10We stayed in Skala for a week in September and tried several Restaurants but without doubt our favourite was Aquarius. The service was friendly and the food was delicious. I was particularly taken with the Seafood Spaghetti and you have to try the Feta Santorini. Wine was great value at Six Euros for a Litre and we were overall impressed enough to return for a second meal.
We would strongly recommend that you eat at Aquarius.

8/10We ate at Flamingo on our first night in Skala. I had the Beef Stifado which was the best Beef Stifado I have eaten in Kefalonia. My wife had the Swordfish Skewers with fresh Vegeatbles and she loved it.
We started with Calamari and Courgette Croquettes which were also delicious. The Wine was good value at Seven Euros for a Litre and the Service was freidnly and efficient.

7/10Aeolos is attached to the Nine Muses Hotel and is very beautifully located overlooking the Sea.
The Restaurant is very attractive and the service was reasonably friendly.
The prices were a little higher than in some of the other Restaurants but overall the experience was a good one. We had delicious fried courgettes and the best Tzatsiki of the entire holiday.
The Beef Stifado was not served in the traditional manner, which rather disappointed my wife, but we had an enjoyable evening

1/10DO NOT BE MISLEAD BY THE BEAUTIFUL SETTING!
Symposium looks absolutely fantastic from the outside and the ideal setting for a romantic dinner overlooking the sea. However the service was unfriendly and the food was relatively inedible.
We ordered a mixed Mezze to start and it was passable. We had hardly finished our starters when they arrived with our Main Course, which was a Mixed Fish Platter. The fish was either undercooked or overcooked and was cold with unappetizing vegetables.
The Wine was expensive and the waitstaff refused to accept our constructive criticism.
All in all a very bad experience - Avoid this place - there is no traditional Greek atmosphere.
