Hi - Hara studios are clean and well-kept throughout, as is the pool area. It has the advantage of NOT having as pool bar, which means you don't get all and sundry coming to nick your sun loungers. If you want a pool bar go to the Blue sea and nick theirs!
Beach is fine - it's an EU Blue Flag one, but admittedly not 2 miles of unbroken white sand. Try walking over the cliffs (quite low!) to Kaminia Beach (go to Katelios Beach, turn left with sea on your right). It's about a 20 minute walk,but fantastic (and sparely populated. Have a great hols - we're returnig for the 3rd year in August

Blue sea is only a 5 minute flat stroll to the beach/front. The apartments are great, as is the pool, although the adjoining road does get used by tenagers on mopeds all night on the wekend./ Do chack out the in-house BBQ - v good value

Felt I had to add a comment following the two really bad meals other contributors have had. We visited twice, and the squid and meat pie were both v nice. Yes, service was slow and prices were high, but overall we had 2 good meals. However, it most definitely isn't the fantastic restaurant that older guides suggest.

Jean, studios have kettle, but I seem to remember the 2 person apartments have a pan and hob to boil water

Reply to previous comment -we've been to Kateliops for the past 3 years and are going again this year. THere's not a lot to do, but that's what we like. Quiet, friendly and clean.
