We stayed in the Galini Apts down the road but we were at the Doumas all day and most of the night! I really have to recomend Nikos's cocktails, and daves DJing is awesome. we were there from 1-8 may 03 and hopefully going back at the end of sept/beginning of oct. A word of warning for the young girls: do not succumb to Nikos' charms! HE'S MINE! hopefully i will be living in kefalonia this time next year, as soon as a finish my exams. Anyway, anyone who goes will probably have a quiet, relaxing holiday unlike us, visiting the islands nightclubs and bars! Cinema club in Argostoli is the best.

Just got back from katelios on 8th may and we're still dreaming about it. We stayed in the gallini apartments they were lovely, woke up to a view of the mountains. The apartments were clean and the kitchens well equipped if you want to do your own cooking and a lovely terrace to sit on and eat it. we enjoyed having the space after staying in hotels for the last 10yrs. Vicky made us very welcome as did everyone we met generally. Katelios is ideal for relaxing and chilling out i went with my 14yr old daughter and we fell in love with the place so much so we've booked to back in October

Hi all, I'm getting pretty well known on here now aren't I?! Anyway, just come back from Katelios, going back on 7th October to the Medusa Apartments, can anyone tell me if they're any good?

Just come back from Medusa, Iliyas and Dina were very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was ok, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but cooking facilities were very basic, there was all the utensils and crockery but no space to make anything. it had a fridge with freezer compartment and a mini-oven, sink and cupboards with all the plates and eevrything in but no space to put your food! it was very clean tho, bins changed everyday, room cleaned often. The main bad point was that my balcony viewed onto a side street so no noise apart from the old girl over the road's cockrels and chickens at 7am! Good location, right in the middle of the village and the medusa restaurant is fantastic!
