Just got back from lassi hired car from c.b.r again as we had car in 2008 from the same company,booked on the internet this time wished we hadn't as we got hit with another 120 euros on top,this wasn't explained when we booked,but over the 2 weeks the car was fine,but sorry c.b.r will not be hiring from you next year!!

Have just returned from kefe,went right to the top and the views were great,it's a must see,how on this earth did they build something like this all them years ago and as high??,amazing.

Went to il gabbiano's again as we did in 2008 we went 5 times over the 2 wks and personally for us the staff were friendly as ever and the meals were a good standard,would go back.

Chinese?,i don't come to greece for  a chinese?,been to greece 8 times  now and never once went for a chinese until now,don't get me wrong  i love the food,but you haven't tasted chinese like this one,superb i think the word i was looking for the best meal of the holiday in my opinon,we went back twice,if you love chinese you'll love this one,great.

 We had 3 meals at the premier and enjoyed all three,the only niggle was the garlic bread, were was the garlic?,the mains were very good and the deserts were excellent,oh the staff were nice too,very good.

Sorry mouikis not so good this time,don't get me wrong the pool and the views were excellent,wasn't fussed about the location as we had a car for two wks,the studio apartment let the place down,wants a refurb on all of the old apartments,but that wasn't the main problem the music going into the early hrs was,one night it carried on until 3.00am,another night it was 2.30ish am,wouldn't have minded 12 ish but come on!!,and very surprised thomas cook giving this a 3 star,send in the inspectors have no question they would take a star off!!

Went to mystic gusto once over our 2 wk stay,food was good staff were ok,but there were better places to eat,sorry but only ok for me!!

Been to kefe 3 times now and i just love assos town,beautiful by name beautiful by nature,myself and my 13 yr son for the 1st time made our way up to the castle took us about 35 mins up about 30mins to get back down,the views are breath taking,if i had the money would buy a place here,great!!

We had breakfast here most of the time,which was good value staff were friendly enough,and had plenty of coffee!!!,good.

Don't normally have chinese whilst out in greece,but after last years chinese in lassi (the chinese dragon),we said what the hell !,the starter was lurk warm and was ok,the main was very good,and the banana fritters were excellent,not as good as last yr but still worth a go!!

Ate at flamingo the only once and that was enough,wasn't great i'm afraid food was bland no taste ,portions wasn't very big so a no go for us!!

Ate at Mi Abeli three times during our 2 weeks,and was happy all three times,the kefalonion meat pie was the best kef pie i've ever had out of all of the islands i've been too,the starters were good and the desserts were good too,happy chappie!

Nice setting,nice view,nice piano player,but that was about it,went the once never again,service was ok,food not so good,

Ate at the pines only the once for our evening meal and was alittle disappointed,as we've had many a breakfast here over the years,don't get me wrong the service was very good,but the food was only ok.

Joint 2nd in our eat outs,service was very good,food was very good,and prices were'nt bad too!!

Booked this trip through Captain Vangelis in skala,and what a great day it was too,for me my wife and son it cost 90 euro's in total,got a 10% discount if you book car hire at greekstones!!!,stopped off at vathi and kioni,had a couple of stop offs for swims and returned back at around 4.45ish,

What more can i add,Antonis very helpful,no nonsence,great bloke!!

Just got back from the Zephyros and wasn't disappointed,the rooms were clean, the beds were great best nights sleep ever in greece!!,and the air con was spot on too.Andreas and his wife were very nice and plesant,the pool was great and in the day was very quiet you couldn't here a pin drop sometimes,the only downfalls no fans in the eating area's,wasp's were a pain sometimes,and there's only so much cheese and ham you can eat in the mornings,in other words less said about the breakfasts the better!!,you have about a ten minute walk in the evening to get to the main street,and about 15 mins to get back,unless you get a taxi which on the last night we did at a cost of 5 euro's,all other guests were friendly including some germans so no probs with this one!
