Although the Hara did not have its own pool,the use of the pool at the San Lorenzo and the close proximity to the beach, made it unnecessary. The apartment was basic, beautifully clean and very quiet. Kettle,toaster,linen,and towels(including tea-towels) were provided and changed regularly. Sun beds were provided in the lovely well maintained gardens. Within walking distance of all facilities and main Lassi road including bus and taxi services, so unlike other apartments,a car is not necessary unless you wish to travel accross the island. Overall, very comfortable and very impressed with the quality of accommadation. Both my daughter and I would return.

Booked as a last minute break at the end of October, my daughter and I wanted to be situated near the airport side of the island. The accommodation was to be in Efimia, the other side of the Kefalonia, but when I explained the situation to Elaine (with whom we booked the holiday) she contacted Jane the rep. When we arrived on 22/10/02, she was brilliant. Jane managed to arrange accommodation for us both in Loudas. It was lovely. Although we were the only people staying at the apartments, Bob and Giannis were excellent, the apartment very clean and all facilities available for our use. We were very impressed with the lengths Elaine, Jane and Direct Greece went to, to help my daughter and I have a lovely hoilday, we can't thank them enough.

Wife and Daughter went back to Kefalonia twice after our June trip looking to buy a place so they can visit Zorbas on a regular basis. I think It's just so Sefra (my daughter) can be near Cristos and his dancing....... Great place, excellent restaurant.
