We first came to Kefalonia when Jacob (our son) was 9 months old and stayed in Skala where we have stayed twice a year for the last 7 years. We found Steki on our first visit and make sure we go there for lunch or dinner at least 4 times in the 2 weeks that we stay. Xristos and his mum and dad have always made us welcome and we always have a fantastic meal there. The greek specials are always excellent, hot and plentiful and the snacks are great. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes good food and service. My wife likes to sit by the sea thinking she is Shirley Valentine as the atmosphere here is brilliant

Have stayed here twice a year since this hotel was opened. We are made welcome all the time and Andreas, Voula and the girls work really hard to make you feel welcome. The rooms are always clean and the pool area is spotless. Snacks are available all day and are cheap and plentiful. The barbecue night is always good if you are a meat eater and a midnight dip is recommended if you have not drunk too much (although you will need a good drink once Andreas starts to sing) The walk to Skala is about 10 minutes but the walk back is difficult if you have a buggy. Taxis are cheap for the return journey. Restaurants are all good with Aquarius one of the best. The Italian is also very good but a bit pricey. I would recommend hiring a car off the internet before you go as you will find it much cheaper than hiring once you are there. Excursions are a lot of money and you will save money by hiring a car and doing the tours yourself.

What more could you ask for. Fantastic setting right next to the blue sea with fantastic food and company. We have been coming here for many years with never a fault to be found. Fantastic value for money, I could sit here all day and soak up the atmosphere and watch the world go by and Chris could be my Costa any time!!!!!. The chicken pita and Greek salad is great for a lunch time snack and the moussaka is second to none. Thank you for a great time.
