hi we booked a last minute holiday to trapezaki, I didn't know anything about it except the reviews that I read on here, and they were so right, it is a fantastic place to stay very quiet and peaceful, we stayed at Anastasis studios which were lovely and clean, the pool that we used wwas just round the corner and down the road the most gorgeous pool on the island overlooking the sea with a lovely snack bar. Just one thing to point out, if you hire a bike be very careful if it rains as the roads are lethal as they have marble chippings in the tarmack which make it like an ice rink, as we came off our bike up in the mountains miles away from anywhere but we live to tell the tale!!
this man is a star. We hire a trail bike for the week but we had an accident after 2 days we were OK just a bit shuck up so he swapped it for a small scooter, I thought I would be fine on this but it had really knocked my confidence so we went back to see him and he swopped it for a car. He said it was against company policy to swop between cars and bikes but he did it anyway, i would totally recommend this company again they were brilliant at deally with unusual sisuations
just to let you know about the fantastic boat hire that is just 100 yards away from the road that crosses the lagoon, its a fantastic service you get a waterproof moblie phone, full training, life jackets and a cool bag-everything is thought of. you can hire it for the day or half day and find those secluded beaches that nobody else visits we had a brilliant time! The man that runs it speaks perfect english, and to ring him if you need to book it phone 6945957986 or just turn up at the boats by the pier, please tell him that you saw this on the internet as I promised him I'd put this on for him, its well worth it 50 euros for the full day and 25 for half. Everywhere else it was at least 85 for the day. a fantastic way to see the island
