Car Rental in Kefalonia
Having booked our holiday through Thomson and not having pre-booked a car from the UK, we decided to use their recommended hire car company, Europcar in Argostolli. Being a large company, we realised that we would be paying higher prices but wanted peace of mind.

The original car collected at the Airport was dirty inside and out and was flashing 'service required'. The front bumper was holed and a wheeltrim missing. The screen washers did not work and the rear wiper blade rubber was completely worn down. After two complaints we received an upgraded replacement car which was cleaner but the central locking did not work and there was very little fuel in the tank. Service by all staff at the airport was very off hand and we certainly would not recommend this company.

Booked up from England excellent service when it was time to pick up the car.
Had to exchange the car after a couple of days, engine problems. Had an
immediate upgraded replacement and extended the hire time with no
problems. Very friendly Company would certainly use them again.
