| Just returned from Kefalonia in June 2010. Again we visited Aridas Palace in Lourdas. The food and service is really good. We had sea bass (a whole large sea bass) and sole stuffed with spinach and cheese, both dishes were truly delicious. We enjoyed our lunch with a glass of wine, looking out at the wonderful views across Lourdas bay and up to the mountains. Aridas Palace is certainly worth a visit. Like us you will become a regular visitor.

We have been to Lourdes for the last thee years and recommend Aridas Palace for excellent food and plenty of it. Spiros and his sister Maria are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. As I'm a coeliac and mentioned it to Spiros on our first visit he prepared all my food with out Gluten and Wheat. The following year he remembered my condition and bought in food specially for me which I thought was very kind. Next year, 2010, we will be staying his apartments. Can't wait.

Our familiy visited Aridas Palace in July 2008 and September 2008 it is situated in a quiet, idyllic spot at the far end of Lourdas Beach, turn left as you come to the Beach. The food is plentiful, really delicious and cooked to a high standard. We had Sea Bass which was a whole fish each and beautifully presented with delicious side salads. The wine is good too. The Owners are friendly and fun and speak excellent English. They have nice rooms to let which have wonderful views of the sea and mountains. Highly recommended. |

We have holidayed in Kefalonia three times and on each occasion dined at the Aridas Palace. The food is plentiful, of a high standard, and always served with a huge side salad. The service is excellent and the walnut cake is divine! I would recommend this place for its delicious food and friendly service without hesitation.
